Pristine Roofing & Siding Ltd was founded in 1998 by Ash Boyd & Don Fata to ensure & raise the level of quality, service, and workmanship available in the roofing & siding industry in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. We are proud to employ the industry’s most skilled professionals in exterior renovations and spray foam insulation.
We specialize in residential & commercial roofing, siding, eavestroughs, soffit, fascia, and cladding. We are also the leaders in the industry resolving ice damming, condensation issues and heat loss issues. We are committed to quality, service, workmanship & value. We take pride in taking care of you and your needs.
We are members of the MB Shingling Association and Manitoba Home Builders Association and are a part of maintaining the highest standards for roofing and siding contractors in Manitoba. We also recycle all used construction materials including shingles, flashings, aluminum, and siding, whenever possible, in an attempt to lower their environmental footprint.
Labour Warranty
Pristine provides a 5 year Workmanship Warranty that covers the installation of the materials.
Product Warranty
Our roofing and siding materials have warranties that vary from 15 years to lifetime and depend on the product. This warranty will cover defects and will be written on your quote.

Through work we’ve done on many successful projects outside of Winnipeg, we listened to the issues many people have experienced when trying to book a roofing contractor in Lake of Woods or a roofer in Kenora or a cottage roof repair in Falcon Lake.
