We remind you that a large amount of roof repairs can be covered through your home insurance which can ease the financial commitment of ensuring you have a solid roof over your family.
For Customer Safety
We have implemented a by appointment only office policy. Customers, suppliers or general public are only permitted into our office with a pre-booked appointment and only if necessary. We are encouraging all appointments to be done by phone, video conferencing or through email.
Regarding Our Staff & Office
Any employee that is sick has been informed to do a 14-day self isolation period and can only return to work upon a clearance from their doctor
All employees have been given the opportunity to use holiday time, take a leave of absence or to temporarily go on EI assistance if they so choose
Our office is cleaned once per week by a professional cleaning company that is following the COVID-19 guidelines using hospital grade disinfectant
We have implemented an individual personal space policy within the office
We have directed all personnel to follow proper hand washing and other hygienic best practices as outlined by the authorities
For our customers, we have changed some of our policies to be able to continue to serve you during this time, they are as follows:
If you so choose, our onsite assessment and estimating department can complete a thorough estimate without the need of access to your home. We can leave our estimate folder in your mailbox and do the estimate explanation over the phone or by email. We can also conduct an in-house estimate to respect individual personal space as set forth by the authorities.
Our office staff will contact you by phone as to when the job is set to start, with material deliveries and crew start dates.
Upon arrival to the job site, we will no longer be knocking on your door. Instead our foreman will call you to let you know they have arrived and to ask if you have any questions before they commence with the scheduled work.
If any issue arises on the job that the workers may need to discuss, again they will phone to discuss.
Our workers will not need or ask for access to your house. If any washrooms, etc. are needed they will leave the job site with a quick return.
Any invoicing and collections can all be done electronically so there is no contact needed.
We as a community need to stay strong and be there for one another, and we are doing our part to keeping you feeling safe and secure at home.
