Pristine Roofing & Siding specializes in residential & commercial roofing, siding, eavestroughs, soffit, fascia, and cladding. We are also the leaders in the industry resolving ice damming, condensation issues and heat loss issues.

Pristine Roofing & Siding are members of the MB Shingling Association and Manitoba Home Builders Association and are a part of maintaining the highest standards for roofing and siding contractors in Manitoba.

Pristine Roofing & Siding also recycles all used construction materials including shingles, flashings, aluminum, and siding, whenever possible, in an attempt to lower their environmental footprint.

Ash Boyd – President

Co-founder & Co-owner

Starting his apprenticeship in 1995, Ash has over 22 years of experience in the roofing & siding, founding Pristine in 1998. Ash is an expert in tradesman skill development, construction problem solving and project management.

Ash is the Past President of the Manitoba Shingling Contractors Association and has served on the Board of Directors since 2008.

Don Fata – Vice-President

Don Fata has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry.

Don founded Pristine Roofing & Siding with Ash Boyd in 1998 bringing his expertise of tradesman skill development, project management & estimating, spray foam insulation & heat loss prevention.
