Insulation Removal

Crucial for safeguarding the health and integrity of your home, while also preventing potential issues like smoke and water damage, mold growth, vermiculite contamination, rodent infestations, or embarking on a renovation project. Additionally, if you’re noticing condensation or frost buildup in your attic, it’s likely time to facilitate the installation of a vapor barrier.

Snow Removal

Winnipeg winters bring heavy snowfalls, adding significant weight to your roof. Removing this snow is crucial to prevent potential long-term damage.

Ice Damming

Accumulation of snow on your roof is inevitable in the winter, and with freeze-thaw conditions also comes the risk of developing ice damming. Proper insulation must be in place that prevents heat from inside the home from seeping into the attic.

Condensation / Frost Solutions

Warm air (vapour) can leave the living space of a home and enter into the attic through old framing, pot lights, attic hatches, ceiling fixtures, door frames and walls. We are members of the Manitoba Sloped Roofing Association and will ensure all steps are taken to keep your roof free of excessive moisture.

Regular attic inspection improves the health of your home.
